I found the location near Holyrood Park very convenient. The provided breakfast bag each morning was a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the availability of fresh fruits in the lobby. The information book had very useful information for visitors.

The stairs might pose a challenge for elderly guests due to the absence of a lift. There were no issues though.

Public transport was super easy. Buses took less than ten minutes to the Royal Mile. The location felt very peaceful, yet it was still close to the city center. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet.

The room had good size. the bed was comfortable. I got a restful night. they provided a welcome package with snacks, a very kind gesture. the instructions for access were easy to follow. Communication was effective.

the room was really great and cozy.

the tub faucet was moldy and when you turned the knob mold came off and into the tub. the shower curtain rod was rusty, and there was a water mark like crack in the ceiling. the bed was very hard.
